QuestionI was given a beautiful bouganville topiary as a gift. I'm familiar with how to care for a vine but the topiary has me baffled. I live in florida on the water where it can get pretty windy. How do I properly secure it? Can I keep it in the pot, under a roof but outside?
Thank you,

AnswerErin,
Yes you can put it outside. Make sure it is in a pot that is large and heavy enough to hold it up. If it is in the original container,it may need repotting. Also,if it is very tall you may want to put a wooden stake or bamboo in the pot and tie it to the tree so it will be stationary and grow straight. Then feed and water it regularly when the soil gets dry.
