QuestionHi, I purchased a Surecrop Nectarine. Chill time is 600-900 hours. At my location in Coastal Mississippi this winter, I don't think we got that many days below 45F. The Temp was also sporadic. Cold for a week, then above 70F. What will happen to the tree under these conditions? Will it not grow or?

AnswerI imagine that the tree is just fine. The fruit, however, may not have "set"...I don't know too much about peaches and nectarines, but in Mississippi, there are two great recourses...
