QuestionYears ago someone published info on how to do a planting (in layers; bulbs included) that would produce continuous blooms. They knew enough to anticipate when each plant/bulb would come into bloom. I'm so sorry I didn't get a copy of it or write down the information in my gardening book.
I would understand if you would come up with a resounding NO. I will still do some research on Google if you must turn me down.
Thanks, Carole
AnswerMy area of expertise is more in the arrangement of the "big pieces" - outdoor living spaces, deck design, retaining walls, sequencing through the landscape, framing views, integrating the landscape with the architecture, and the like. Usually in my designs I specify trees, shrubs, and groundcover, with areas of "accent" to be filled in by the owner.
There are lots of good consumer horticultural resources all over the web (Brecks.com, Tulipworld.com, BHG.com, Sunset.com, Southernliving.com, etc). You might want to search this info for back-issue articles.
Sounds like worthwhile information to gather. Good luck "googling". Sorry, I don't have the quick answer on this one.
