Question
How do I put paver blocks down without any solid foundation?  The owner wants to do it very cheaply.  No c6 rock or sand.

Answer
"Anything worth doing is worth doing it right." The answer is don't do it. But if you must then the key is to get the subgrade compacted and level. Thats all you can do...but as soon as it gets walked on when wet it will move and fail.
