Question
I am a public artist creating a path for Arizona project  i I need a pervious path surface for a project in phoenix AZ for a walking path?but i am bored with decomposed granite Would you have any other suggestions?  
I also want to make a concrete sidewalk with a rolling topography surface like ripples. Any thoughts on how to do this?  Thank you for your time and interest. This is a very cool site!  yours STACY

Pervious concrete is one thought. The issue is ADA compliance. Not many pervious surfaces are also ADA compliant. There are some recycles tire products on the market that are added to a "binder" and pressed to form mats for play parks. These could be made into paths. Keep in mind for public use the slopes can not exceed 5% without them requiring hand rails and landings.
