Stubborn Weed Problem

Question
Weeds and Yellowing
Weeds and Yellowing

Cloe up of Clover things
Cloe up of Clover thin
Hello Mr Persaud,  I have been having a tough time with my lawn this year.  I live on one of the island suburbs of Savannah, GA and the ground is really sandy.  My grass is a majority of Centipede with some areas having a St Augustine mix.  I have attached pictures of the weeds and a yellowing I am experiencing.  I have been using a monthly Bug b gone/ grub b gone to keep the Moles and fleas at bay.

In February I applied the hose spray Weed B gone on my lawn.  It seemed to work okay, but The clover things still remained.  In March I applied Scotts Weed and Feed and that seemed to slow them a little.  I just applied Ace hardware Weed and feed 3 weeks ago and I think that encouraged their growth.

I would greatly appreciate any advice you may able to give to solve the yellowing problem and the clover weeds.  Thank you!
Sincerely, Chris Dibkey

Answer
You have applied some kind of plant killer (the weed part of the "weed and feed" products) every month since February.
First, you must positively identify those "clover things". Take a sample of them to your County Extension Agent for identification and a control strategy. LINK
