QuestionI need help! My father made the big mistake of putting round up on his grass to kill the dandelions. My mom told him that I use round up. My mom did not know I only use round up on the weeds growing in the cracks of my driveway. So now he has brown patches all over his grass! How do we fix this?!
Answer I do not know of any fix for this problem. You can clean up the dead grass and re-sod or plug the area. If it is St. Augustine grass, you might be able to spread some topsoil or similar organic material on the bare area. This will encourage the St.Augustine to grow across the area and fill in.
