Question
Just had Zoysia sod installed 2wks.ago. Have been advised to add Fungus control. We have been watering each zone lhr.each night. 7PM-12AM.(Too early?)Pouring rain today and more expected.Should Fungus application be applied in the rain? We are in Fl. 34606. 9 homes in our village has Zoysia sod put down at the same time.Thanks for any help you can give.

Mary, you are over watering, as long as there is moisture in the ground your sod will be ok. If you have rain, Turn off your controller until a few days after the rain stops. I live in So. California and water at 6am for 10 min and 10 min at 7pm. After the rains stop and your lawn is dry, apply your Fungus application and water it in.
