Should I apply weed and feed to the lawn at this time here in Nashville? or do it in the Spring. If so what do I need to put down? Winter here is not bad... it might get worst later.

My first reaction is to ask what type of grass makes up your lawn. Are you asking about zoysia? If you could answer that for me, I would be able to help you out a little better.
