Will fescue grow in complete shade?
and when looking on the back of grass seed packages (Bermuda blend)why is there other grass seed and weed seed mixed with the Bermuda seed. Can we purchase 100% Bermuda seed? Dallas suburbs

I do not know how well fescue will grow under shade conditions,

The Federal Seed Act requires three seed tests be performed on every lot of seed sold that crosses state borders in the US. These are the purity analysis, the noxious weed seed exam, and the germination test
Since the material is field grown and harvested, the chances are high that other seed will be in there as 'impurities'. It is therefore not reasonable to expect to purchase 100% Bermuda seed.
