Question
We have dark green fungus or mold in our driveway.  It started their and is spreading into our grass and pavers.

It is slimy dark dark green.  It is flat on the ground but as it gets bigger, it piles on itself. It looks like bird, duck or goose droppings.  That is not what it is.
What is it and how do I get rid of it.

It sounds as if there is a lot of shade and moisture on the driveway. Algae seem to have gained a foothold. I suggest pressure washing the driveway and allowing the whole area to dry out if you can. This might mean cutting back or even shutting down the irrigation system for a while.
There is a good chance that an algaecide will hurt the grass.
