Question
i live in anderson, sc, and read answer to weed control using organic method of improving soil, etc. can you tell me how you do this in an established lawn? right now, mar. 18, it is purple with those pesky things, wild onions, etc.

I'm not sure where you read this answer, but I don't think it was from me. You cannot eliminate weeds by applying anything organically. That's unfortunate but true. Making the lawn healthy is great all around, but it won't get rid of weeds.

An organic lawn has weeds as a part of it, and that's okay. They aren't hurting anyone. They just don't look the way most people want their lawn to look. If you can look past the appearance thing, it's all fine.
