Questionshould I fertilize my lawn now, before the spring grass comes. I live in southeast texas, Liberty county and I am not having my lawn the same over my whole yard. My soil is very sandy and some areas have greener growth than others. Any suggestions.
AnswerPersonally, I'd recommend waiting until the temperatures are regularly over 75. The grass is likely growing pretty slowly right now due to lows in the 40's. The slow growth can't be sped up, so the grass doesn't need a whole lot now given that it's not growing much.
Good luck Dwight!
