Geocoris is the Latin title of the beasty 'Big Eyed Bug' species.  It is sold by Rincon-Vitova Insectaries:

Note however that these insects don't multiply fast enough to control Chinchbugs as a rule.  You'll have to over-order for effective results.

That said, there are other ways to deal with this problem.  If you can tell me the kind of Grass in your Lawn and where you're writing from, I'll try to help you.
