Preen 'Vegetable Garden Weed Preventer' is sold in Morganton's Kmart, Lowe's and Wal-Mart.  CAUTION: This is the ONLY Corn Gluten Meal product they sell; you can use it anywhere you want, but the other products by Preen are traditional herbicides without a trace of corn.

Cock-a-Doodle Doo's 'Super-Premium Organic Weed Control' is carried at Mountain Creek, 104 N Main Street in Sparta (336) 372-6171.  Sorry, there's nothing closer.

Scotts Miracle-Gro has joined yet another organic movement with its new 'Whitney Farms Uncle Malcolm's Weed Whompin' Mulch'.  Who knew?  Your local Morganton Wal-Mart sells this, too.
