Question
Good day.  I live in zone 7 (Northern Virginia). I am going oversead my tall fescue.  I will dethatch and aerate first.  I will then overseed with a Gardens' Alive product, cover with topsoil/compost mixture.  Any suggestions to the above (good or bad)?  I was also going to fertilize with another Garden's Alive product that 7% Nitrogen / 3% Phospate / 2% Soluble Potash.  Again looking for some guidance.  Thanks very much!

There's not much I can add to this.  It sounds pretty good!  I don't have any personal experience with Gardens Alive, but I haven't heard any negative reports.  I'm sure they're pretty good.

Good work Darrin.  I can't really top your strategy here!
