Question
Dear Aman,
I'm sure as an expert on lawns you will not be keen on artificial ones, but I was wondering what the pros and cons might be regarding replacing my real lawn (approximately, 30 feet by 20 feet) with a fake one? I have two small children and our main living room leads directly onto our small garden. In the top right corner the grass fails to grow particularly well, largely due to the two trees there. I live in London, England so we have plenty of wet weather here.

         I did not understand what kind of lawn you want. There is no comparision between natural and and artificial lawn. If grass performance in shaddy area is only issue. Then we have solution for this.There are some varieties of grasses which perform good in shaddy conditions, you can pick them to grow. But if you are interested only in artificial, Then I will suggest you to check durability of material whatever you are going to use. If you have further any question, please dont hesitate to ask.
