hey just a quick question thank u. i acted not tha smartest today i live in
australia ,i spreaded chicken manure over our lawn today..my neighbour pulled
me up and said that it will burnn my lawn.. so ive tryed watering it down and
scraping most of it off ,any ideas on wot and if ,, cheers from oz..

Your neighbor may be right, but burning will depend on several factors.

How much did you apply?
Is it the right season to fertilize the lawn in Austalia?
Has the weather been dry?

Thirty years ago, I used to spread chicken manure on lawns.  This was not a popular practice for most of my customers and their neighbors, but it did make the lawns grow.  Watering in should take care of any excess of nitrogen and salts.  If this did not burn your lawn, you will make it green.

If the wicked witch of the west does not visit, you are OK (in OZ.)
