what do you think is the best grass for a manicured lawn where money is no object

I personally love the crew-cut scalp of a Colonial Bentgrass Lawn.  The trouble with this is the Poa Annua -- I have a raging battle against Annual Bluegrass.  If the Colonial is grown thick and lush, the Bluegrass is choked out.  But with foot traffic, and contractors, and landscapers, and visitors walking around my Lawn, Soil compacts, and then things start to go wrong.

But a Colonial Bentgrass Lawn is gorgeous, putting green smooth.  Beauty is in the eye of the beholder, right?  You might not like it.  In that case, my second choice: Any new cultivar of Kentucky Bluegrass (new is always more $$).
