Question
Hello, the yard next to me has Saint Augustine and its moving in on my Zoysia. I pull the runners every now and then but its slowly taking over. Can I do something to my Zoysia that will let it take back the the area or stop the Augustine?

Try mowing your Zoysia high, 3 inches, maybe a little taller.  It may give your Zoysia the edge it needs to push back the St Augustine, which needs tons of Sun.  This is not an unusual problem but it sure is a simple answer.  Let me know please how well it works.
