QuestionSome time ago I heard about a recipe to spray on your lawn to help compost grass clippings left on the lawn. If I remember correctly it contained the liquid from soaking chewing tobacco in water, sugar, and several other things, all household items. Does anyone know this recipe?
AnswerI know it, and I advise you not to use it.
Tobacco is a good insect killer, also a good grass and lant killer if you use a little to much.
That mixture would be toxic to ant lawn critters you have, and also to children and pets that might walk or play on it.
