Question
I have a weed trimmer which is nearly out of string (pretty heavy plastic string), and unfortunately I have lost the owners manual.  I didn't think it would be that complicated, but thus far, I haven't figured out how to get the trimmer head apart to replace the string, and I don't want to break anything.  Any help would be appreciated.  Thanks.

What brand is your trimmer?
You shoukld be able to go to the manufacturer's website and look at a manual, and print it out, or order a new manual.
OR, take it to the store where you bought it, and get them to show you how to take it off.
Most models have a cap thay you screw off. It is usually that part than you tap on the ground to thread out more string.
If this doesn't help you, write me again and tell me what brand and model number trimmer you have, and I will try to find out for you, how to do it.
