QuestionMy sons doing a science project about what the effects of urine on grass would be. Would you know if human and pet urine would have the same effect? I can only find information about dog urine on the internet. Thanks.
AnswerHi Dwana;
It is the concentration of too much acid in one place that causes the damamge.
Frequest watering and/or rains will kep it washed through the soil so that it prevents damage.
I have no idea about human urine, but I would expect if it has a high acid content, and is allowed to stay in the soil and not be washed through, it would do the same damage.
