  i wonder if you can help me i put sod down two weeks ago
and still got a lot of seams showing how long should it take before they knit together
or do i need to roll it again

Linda, tell me that you rolled the sod after it went down - yes?

The rolling is critical.

The seams won't grow together unless there's something for them to grow into.  This is a frequent situation, you understand.  And the usual way to handle it is to fill in the empty spaces with a good soil and then seed over those seams.

You want to match the sod grass as closely as possible.

Great time of year for sod.  Don't forget to water carefully.  Get the grass seed down asap!
