Questionwe have two dogs. Whenever we plant any bushes,
floors, trees, anything in the yard, they pee on it until it dies. is it possible to have a nice yard and dogs?
are there any plants that can withstand a constant spray of dog urine?
AnswerDog urine, especially from femal dogs, is very concentrated salts and no plant is really able to withstand a dog concentrating on the plants which typically happens with new plantings (the dog will mark it as its own). I recommend training the dogs to go in designated spots on the lawn (same way you trained the dog not to go in the house).
