QuestionDo you know an organic way to get rid of fleas and ticks that are found in a barn and not necessarily on animals? Maybe something that will make them leave the area?
AnswerHi Luke;
Cedar repels fleas and ticks. Cedar bark mulch spread all over should do it, or you can et some cedar oil, and spray it around.
I am thinking they are in there because of the animals. I don't know any kinds that don't feed off blood to nourish theyr eggs.
I sprinkjle cedar bark all over my yard to chase fleas and ticks, and it also repels termites, and a host of other insects.
Bet cedar will do it.

PS. I had a thought. They may be getting enough nourishment from rats and mice that they are leaving other animals alne.
