Question
Hello Rick, I have a existing lawn that is not level at all. I know there is to be some pitch to a lawn for irragation but mine is like a roller coaster throughout. Any tips on smoothing it out and replanting would be great. I live in south west washington state if you need the climate. Thanks Mark

you either need to hire someone to come in w/equipment and regrade the area or you need to rent equipment and do it yourself. you may be able to scrape the high areas and use the dirt to flatten the overall area. or you could buy some topsoi(1 or more dumptruck full). and regrade flat. make sure the grade runs away from your house towards a proper drain area. you could then seed or sod the area,
