i wanna decorate my garden , my budget is not high and my garden is fitted with black stone and iwant to grow grass in my garden at cheapest rate could u help me/

I really need more information before I can give you an anwer that would help.
I don't understand what you mean when you say that your garden is fitted with black stone.
Do you mean there is stone where you want to put your grass, and you will be removing the stone, or do you mean ther are some black stones scattered through the garden area.
Which kind of grass is best depends on the area you live in. If you tell me the area, I can look up the best grasses for that area.
Organic gardening is by far the easiest and cheapest method of gardening. You don't have to do everything you read about in organic gardening atricles.
The kind of soil you have makes a difference. If it has too much clay you will have to add some things to loosen it up, or grass will not do well in it.If it has too much acid, you will have to alter that, and if there is too much sand, you will have to add things to firm up the soil, to make it good for growing.
If you tell me these things, then I can give you information that will start you off, and get a good lawn established for you.
