Question
I'm from O'ahu, HI and am thinking about starting a small organic farm in the Waianae area of O'ahu.  Waianae is on the Leeward side of the island and does not get much water.  Are there any requirements for starting an organic farm?  What kind of supplies would I need to start a farm?
