QuestionHello,
I'm a beginning gardener in the Milwaukee, WI area with a couple of questions about habaneros. What should I be doing to fertilize the plants, what can I do to produce the hottest habaneros possible, and I am thinking about moving some of the plants indoors over the winter -my habaneros are planted in the ground now- I have no clue how to grow them indoors. Any advice will be greatly appreciated.
Thanks
AnswerDear Brian:
I am referring you to the Redwood City Seed Company website that provides extensive information about fertilizing and general care of habaneros and other hot pepper varities. Please review the entire webpage since it begins with seed care information, then later goes into fertilization, etc. The website address is:

Peppers will grow indoors and should be planted in either 1 or 2 gallon pots. Depending on the indoor environment, they may drop their leaves over winter, but will leaf back out in the spring.
Good luck.
