I am planning on planting a vegetable garden this year and I want to know how to keep out the voles, squirrel and deer?

the only thing that will really work for deer is a fence. most of the repellants on the market only work for a short time. once it rains they have to be reapplied.
voles are best kept out by having a cat rid the area of them at nite when they feed.
don't put your garden near trees where squirrels can drop down onto your garden area. dogs and cats are a good way to keep squirrels away from your property.
get to a local garden center/nursery and quiz them on a solution to your problem.  buy your products from them and they should be more than happy to help you.
