QuestionHaving trouble getting rid of moles (they may be voles)in my lawn and garden. Trap was not effective, perhaps I am not able to determine avctive paths. Hesitate to use grub control because it may poison birds. Right now using mole
poison. I have been using poison for about a week.
Seems like I may be having some success. Is their any way to be sure that this is working? Is there a better way?
Would appreciate any info. Thank you.
AnswerYour first job is to figure out what you have. The control techniques for both are different. Visit http://www.wildlifedamagecontrol.com/solutions.htm and click on moles and voles.
But both can be resolved with traps. The key is not the trap but the training. I was very successful trapping moles in Massachusetts until the traps were banned by my "enlightened state".
