Can i spray poison with micronutrient in a tank mix together on apple trees.

That depends on what the label says.  You will need to read the label that came with each product and determine if they can be tank mixed.  If the instructions indicate that it can be mixed, then it would be safe.  If it does not specifically say you can do it, then don't do it.  The two sprays may interact so that they become bound together and the product would not be effective on the trees or could hurt the trees.
