WHAT'S WRONG WITH MY ORANGE TREE AND HOW DO I FIX IT?
MY ORANGE TREE APPEARS TO BE DYING. ALL THE LEAVES GRADUALLY FELL OFF AND IT LOOKED DEAD. THEN NEW LITTLE LIMBS BEGAN TO GROW. IT LOOKED LIKE IT WAS GOING TO BE OK. THEN THE LITTLE LIMBS DIED. THEN MORE LITTLE LIMBS BEGAN TO GROW. THEN THEY DIED. THIS PROCESS KEEPS HAPPENING OVER AND OVER AGAIN. PLEASE HELP.

difficult to tell w/o seeing the tree. Check the trunk for loose or damaged bark.  Look for damage on the branches also. If the whole tree is dying, there maybe a root related issue. Consider contacting your local garden center OR your local county Extension office to arrange for one of these folks to make a "house call" to see this tree and look at the trunk and roots.
