AnswerDear Alfredo, Yes this bud has gone bad. Apparently the increased humidity and rain are making this jasmine unhappy, so I would start drying it out. Try to avoid getting the foliage damp as much as possible. Also, since blooms are involved I would spray it with an good fungicide, or possibly NEEM oil, which has fungicidal properties. Be sure to spray it several times, and with the spray and the drying out it should be much better within a few weeks. Good luck, Melissa
