Nerium Oleander TREE

Question
Hi Kathy,
We have a Nerium Oleander tree that has a white looking substance that covers the ends of the branches 1-4 inches. I can't see any bugs other then large stink bugs on it so I'm not sure if it's webs or a fungus. The substance seems to be discouraging new flower groth.I first noticed 2 wks ago-+. Our tree has round leaves, not the long ones like standard oleander. The tree has been in ground for 8 weeks or so and has made many pink/wht flowers that resemble hibiscus.I used Ortho liquid(for lawn/chinchbugs)about 3-4 weeks ago, sprayed foilage too. Please help. We're in Cypress/West Houston.

Answer
Hi Tom, It could be a fungus or aphids.  I am not familiar with that type of oleander but plants in general are a lot the same.  Check out Atomic Grow which will rid the fungus make the tree healthy and make the bugs stay away.  It is totally organic and will do miracles for ALL you plants problems.  kathy
