QuestionI have some spider plants that I keep indoors and are hanging from the ceiling in front of windows. I only water once or twice a week. The leaves are turning brown running down the middle of the leaves. These are seemingly healthy leaves and not ones that are dieing off.
AnswerDena:
These symptoms may be related to root/soil stress. Soil should be moist, not too wet or dry. If it has been in the hanging basket for awhile, take a look at the roots to be sure they have not filled up the room in the pot. If so, it may need to be stepped up to larger pot.
