I have a bonzied sabago palm and it has a fungus? that looks like little white
spots on the palm fronz and base of plant what can I use to help my bonzi?

Difficult to say w/ seeing your plant. These spots may be an insect such as mealy bug or wooly aphids. Using your computer, look in Google Images for some pictures of these two insects to see if it matches your issue. If so, there are several insecticides that are effective for these "critters".
