mulberry tree curlling leaf disease

I live in western Colorado and have numerous mulberry trees.Many of the trees have some type of disease that causes the leaves to curl and stunt the growth of the tree. Any suggestions as to the cause/cure?

Difficult to tell w/seeing a sample. Examine the undersides of the leaves for any "critters". If none seen, you may wish to contact your local county Extension service and arrange for someone to make a house call OR you might wish to snip off a twig w/leaves and carry into your local garden center/nursery for their comments.
