QuestionLast year our nectarine had the first crop of fruit and it was excellent. This year started out the same, but the fruit started to rot and the seed stayed on the tree after the remainder of the fruit had rotted away. Some of the end of branches are also dying which is similar to fire bright on apples and pears. It appears all the nectarines will rot before they get ripe. Any solution besides removing the tree? Thanks.
AnswerHi Jim, I would try a product called Atomic Grow that is organic and will heal your tree, if it is a fungus, bug, fire blight, etc. This product has done miracles on plants that have been written off as not cure. I have seen it get rid of borers in trees...kathy
