I have a hardy hibiscus that gets this bubbly growth on it every year, now it is on my four-oclocks and a tree. What can I use to get rid of this?

Hi Diana, hibiscus love to get all kinds of bug problems, one would be scale or mealy bugs.  You can get rid of any insect from any of your plants organically with Atomic Grow.  It will make your tree higher in brix, which is sugar content.  The higher the sugar in a plant, the healthier it is and bugs go some where else.  kathy
