Diseased Weeping Cherr
The leaves of my weeping cherry tree have begun to turn brown in the last week. I have used Bayer tree and shrub according to directions.It it getting worse. Please give guidance.

I am unable to tell too much from your photo. Is is feasible to prune out that one section/branch? The problem may be localized to one or two branches. You may be able to remove the "offending" portion by locating and removing the dead portion.
Be sure it has ample soil water and check for any evidence of loose or damaged bark.
