Wondering if I have a problem with my plant. I have been noticing tiny clear sticky droplets underside terminal end of some leaves. Also notice it around new growth on stem. There is no sign of insects on the plant. Plant has an Eastern exposure. It looks happy!!! But what is that sticky stuff????

An insect presence would be my first guess, but since you do not see any insects then I do not know what these droplets may represent.  You may consider running this question by your local nursery/garden center.  This may be a normal exudate, especially if you can see the drops.
