i have a clear gelatin substances on the end of the cut limbs of my saga palm, it is clusters it is not sticky can you help

I suspect that this material is from the plant in response to the injury from the cut. It is probably just a combination of plant juices- not anything related to a disease or insect. As the wound heals, this material should eventually dry up and crumble away.
