QuestionGood evening
I live in england and we have recently suffered a terrible winter as a result of this my large yucca tree in my frony garden has now shed all its leaves is there anything i can do to help it recover it is such a shame as it adds to the character of the house and was one of the reasons we bought the house ,many thanks in advance for your advice Mr Rogers
AnswerBrian:
Nothing much to do except be patient. Wait until the last chance of frost is passed, then remove all of the dead leaves/branches and dispose of. Depending on the level of freeze injury, there may be some recovery. Look for new growth. If none appears in a month or two after the last frost date, you may have to consider replacement.
I'll keep my fingers crossed!
Regards
Steve
