Question
Over the last few years we have had bugs on the limbs of our tree. They are clustered together on the ends of the branches and have a foul odor when you come into contact or kill them. Can something to be done to eliminate them once and for all.
 Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Can you send a photo of these critters? Take a closeup photo of a few of these. Be sure to review the image on your computer before you send- to be sure it is in focus.  I'm not much of a bug person, but do have a colleague that may be able to ID it for you if he has a good image to look at.
