Question
Hi- I just noticed that my emerald green arborvitae leaves are dying from the trunk out. I did not notice it earlier because they look nice and green on the surface. I also have another in a different location. I am not sure if it's an emerald arborvitae but it looks like one or very similar.
Can you tell me what this may indicate and if they are salvageable?

Some browning is expected from the inside, especially if it is of mature size.  If you can, send a photo of the tree and I'll have a look- maybe an overall shot.  Be sure to review it on your computer before sending--to be sure it is in focus.  How do the others of similar size look?
