Question
My new orange tree (2 years) has black specks covering the under side of most of the leave. What is it and how do I get rid of it?

Can you take a closeup photo of a leaf or two and send for me to see?  Review your image on the computer before you hit the send button--need to make sure it is in focus. Do these specks seem to be causing any problems or are they just there. Try to get as close as you can to the leaf to photograph.  If you remove the leaf, lay it on a table with a small ruler beside it so I can see how big across these specks are.
