Hi I have a very large jade houseplant that has gray mold that starts at the stem of each leave and spreads to the end of the leave then it falls off. I've cut off many branches but can't seem to control it.  Should I give it all new soil?

Can you take a closeup (get as close as you can)photo of this gray stuff on the stem/leaf and send to me?  Be sure to review it on your computer to be sure it is in focus before sending. Not sure if changing out the soil will do any good, but seeing the problem may offer a better solution.
