QuestionHi Jim
Can you recommend a pictorial book or guide for identifying diseases of forest trees, including root, leaf, and stem and branch diseases? The book should also indicate the pathogens, fungi, vectors, etc. causing the disease, as well as all treatments; biological, chemical, genetic, etc.--a complete guide that a forester would use in the field.
I am most interested in western evergreen forests, but a U.S.-wide book that includes broadleafs will be fine too.
Thanks much!
Pete
